Andhra pradesh state forests, India have vast potential of naturally growing cymbopogan colartus grass locally called boda grass. The estimated annual production of cymbopogan colaratus grass available in the forests is around 8 to 9 lakh M. Ts. This grass has valuable essential oil in it.
